Holistic and energy-based services are wellness practices offered alongside medical care — they are not a substitute for it. No practitioner at this event may diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Readings, mediumship and intuitive services at Celestial Balance are offered for entertainment purposes only and are not a substitute for medical, legal, psychological or financial advice.

Nothing offered, sold or said at this event is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Always consult a licensed professional about a health condition, and never stop or change prescribed treatment because of something you heard at the expo.

Statements about herbal products, supplements, crystals, essential oils and energy work have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Tickets. Attendee tickets are refundable up to 14 days before the event. Inside 14 days, tickets can be transferred to another person or to the next Celestial Balance show, but are not refundable. If we cancel the event, every ticket is refunded in full.

Booths. Booth fees, add-ons and speaking slots are non-refundable, because the space is taken off the floor plan the moment it is purchased. Up to 30 days before the show we will move your payment to the next Celestial Balance event, once, on request. If the producer cancels the event, booth payments are refunded in full.

Chargebacks. Please write to us before disputing a charge — almost everything is faster to fix by email.

Exhibitors may not claim to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, may not guarantee results, and may not advertise curse removal, hex breaking or similar services. Our listing forms block that wording automatically.

Readers, mediums, psychics and intuitives must present their services as entertainment. Referring to a doctor is always fine; replacing one is not.

Exhibitors are responsible for their own sales tax (California CDTFA), for any permits their products require — including cottage food and cosmetics labelling rules — and for the safety of anything they hand a member of the public.

The producer may remove a listing, a talk or an exhibitor from the floor for non-compliance without refund.

Most exhibitors need nothing beyond a business licence. Hands-on practitioners — massage, bodywork, chiropractic and spinal adjusting, acupuncture, cupping, needling, aesthetics and similar — must upload their licence number and a current general or professional liability policy before they are approved, and must keep both valid on show days.

Producing an event does not make us responsible for verifying every credential, but for hands-on work we do check. If you need coverage, these providers are commonly used by practitioners at shows like ours:

• Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP) — Massage, bodywork and spa practitioners — liability cover included with membership.
• Alternative Balance — Covers 400+ holistic and energy modalities, including event coverage.
• Massage Magazine Insurance Plus — Liability insurance for massage and bodywork professionals.
• California Board of Chiropractic Examiners — Licence verification and requirements for chiropractors practising in California.
• California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC) — State certification for massage professionals in California.

These are informational links only, not endorsements, and we receive nothing for listing them.

We collect only what the site needs: your name and email when you enter a giveaway, take a quiz or create an exhibitor account, plus the listing details exhibitors choose to publish. Payments run through PayPal — we never see or store your card number.

We use your email to run the event and to send occasional news about Celestial Balance. Every email has an unsubscribe link. We do not sell or rent your information, and we share it only with the services that make the site work (hosting, database, email delivery and PayPal).

Exhibitor listing content is public by design once a booth is assigned. To see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, email hello@celestialbalanceexpo.com and we will action it within 30 days. This site is not intended for children under 13.

By using this site or attending the expo you agree to these terms. Content on the site belongs to Celestial Balance Wellness Expo or the exhibitors who submitted it; exhibitors grant us permission to display their photos, copy and links to promote the event.

Attendance is at your own risk. Photography and video are taken at the event and may be used in future promotion. We may refuse entry or remove anyone behaving unsafely or harassing others.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Celestial Balance Wellness Expo, its producers and venue partners are not liable for services purchased from independent exhibitors, including any outcome of a session, reading or product. Disputes are governed by the laws of the State of California.
