Holistic and energy-based services are wellness practices offered alongside medical care, not a replacement for it. Licensed practitioners work within the lawful scope of their own license; unlicensed practitioners do not offer medical treatment or diagnosis.

Readings, mediumship and intuitive services at Celestial Balance are offered for entertainment purposes only and are not a substitute for medical, legal, psychological or financial advice.

Exhibitors may not diagnose, treat, cure or claim to prevent disease unless they are appropriately licensed to do so and are acting within the lawful scope of that license. Unlicensed wellness, energy, intuitive, spiritual and complementary practitioners may not present their services as medical treatment or as a substitute for licensed healthcare.

Health-related advertising, product labelling and claims must be truthful, not misleading, and must comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws. Each exhibitor is responsible for their own claims.

Celestial Balance Wellness Expo does not verify, certify or endorse the effectiveness of any exhibitor's products, services, health claims or spiritual claims. Please use your own judgement, and speak to a licensed professional about a health condition rather than changing prescribed treatment because of something you heard at the expo.

Tickets. Attendee tickets are refundable up to 7 days before the event and are non-transferable. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, all ticket purchases will be refunded in full.

Booths. If you cancel more than 14 days before the event, your booth payment will be refunded in full.

Within 14 days of the event, booth payments are nonrefundable unless we are able to resell your space. If we resell your booth, you will receive a full refund. You may arrange for someone else to staff your booth on your behalf. Any replacement exhibitor, reader, healer, or practitioner must be approved in advance. Please notify us as soon as possible if you cannot attend, as more notice gives us a better chance of reselling the space.

If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, your full booth payment will be converted to a credit that may be used toward any future Celestial Balance Expo.

Reasonable changes to the venue, show hours, floor plan, or booth placement do not constitute cancellation or rescheduling.

Chargebacks. Please write to us before disputing a charge — almost everything is faster to fix by email.

By reserving a space at Celestial Balance Wellness Expo you agree to everything on this page. The version of this agreement in effect when you reserve your booth applies to your reservation. We may make reasonable changes required by law, the venue, safety or event operations, and we will tell you about any change that substantially affects your participation.

Load-in and tear-down. Exhibitor load-in begins two hours before the show opens unless otherwise announced. Please move your vehicle out of the load-in area as soon as you are unloaded. Tear-down begins only after the show closes and must be completed within two hours unless otherwise announced.

Your space. Keep tables, chairs, banners, signage and staff inside your booth footprint. Nothing may block an aisle, a fire exit or a neighbouring booth. Cords, rugs, displays and equipment must not create a trip, fire or accessibility hazard, and electrical equipment must meet the venue's requirements.

No open flame or smoke. No burning candles, incense, sage, palo santo or similar items inside the exhibit hall. Unscented battery-operated candles and unlit smudge bundles are fine. Please avoid artificial fragrances, scented sprays and other strong airborne scents. Naturally scented products such as beeswax candles, essential oils and aromatherapy products may be sold, but should not be burned or diffused in the exhibit hall.

Sound. Sound healing is welcome as part of an exhibitor's approved services. Please keep sound-healing sessions at a considerate volume and coordinate with the producers if your setup may affect nearby booths. Do not play Spotify, recorded music or other continuous background music at your booth. Soft nature sounds such as water, rain or gentle birds are welcome at a low volume, provided they do not interfere with neighbouring sound healers, energy healers or other exhibitors. If a neighbour is disrupted, turn the sound down or off when asked by the producers.

Show hours. Your booth must be staffed for the full published hours both days, and no booth may tear down early.

Your booth is yours. Booth space may not be shared, transferred, resold or sublet without the producers' approval. Please offer the products, services and modalities listed on your exhibitor application; something materially different needs approval first.

Around the hall. Sell from your own booth. No roaming the aisles soliciting attendees and no interfering with another exhibitor's booth. Treat guests, fellow exhibitors and venue staff with respect.

Claims and services. Do not diagnose medical conditions, promise to cure or treat an illness, guarantee results, or offer curse or hex removal. You are responsible for accurately representing your products and services and for complying with any laws or professional requirements that apply to them.

What you sell. Illegal, counterfeit, prohibited or unlawfully marketed products may not be sold. Anyone selling or sampling food or drink is responsible for the health department and food-handling requirements that apply to them.

Topical CBD only — no THC and nothing ingestible. This is an all-ages family event. Hemp-derived CBD products may be displayed and sold only as topicals — creams, lotions, salves, roll-ons, massage oils and skin care. Ingestible CBD in any form (gummies, edibles, drinks, capsules, tinctures or oils taken by mouth, pet ingestibles) and all THC, delta-8, delta-9, smokable and vape products are prohibited at the show. Products must be lawfully marketed, clearly labelled, and sold without medical claims.

Website wording. Our public website and event listings must stay clear of the words CBD, THC, hemp and cannabis, because advertising platforms and payment processors flag them automatically and can suspend the expo's ads or payments. Please describe your products on your exhibitor listing as herbal balms, botanical skin care or plant-based relief. Your own booth signage, packaging and conversations at the event are entirely up to you, within the rule above.

Sales and your business. You handle your own customer payments, taxes and sales tax obligations, permits, product labelling and insurance. You are responsible for the safety of anything you provide to a member of the public and for safeguarding your own cash, stock, equipment and belongings. The producers are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property.

Customer satisfaction. If a guest is unhappy with a paid service such as a reading, healing session or similar service and brings the issue to the producers during the event, the producers may ask you to refund the guest. Physical product returns follow your own shop policy.

Leave it clean. Remove your trash, tape and belongings and leave your booth space in the condition you found it.

Enforcement. The producers may ask you to correct a violation, change a display or stop a practice. An exhibitor may be removed from the exhibit hall for a serious violation, including unsafe behaviour, harassment, illegal activity, misrepresentation or substantial disruption, or for repeated violations after being asked to correct them. An exhibitor removed from the exhibit hall is not entitled to a refund; voluntary cancellations follow the exhibitor refund policy.

This section applies to anyone giving a talk at Celestial Balance Wellness Expo. Claiming a speaking time means you accept it.

Your slot is 25 minutes and starts and ends on time. Arrive at the stage at least 5 minutes early and finish promptly so the next speaker can set up. Tell the producers as early as possible if you can no longer make your time.

Presentations should give the audience something useful and engaging. You are welcome to talk about and promote your products, services, books, sessions and programmes as part of your presentation — please make sure attendees leave with real value too.

Everything on this page about health claims, conduct and advertising applies on stage as well: no guaranteed outcomes, and no medical diagnosis or treatment claims unless you are licensed and speaking within your scope.

Talks may be photographed or recorded and used to promote future events. The producers may end or decline a talk that breaks this agreement.

Psychics, mediums, intuitive readers, energy workers and spiritual practitioners are a valued part of this show, and nothing here is meant to diminish that work.

What we do ask is that no outcome is guaranteed. Please do not promise healing, financial results, romantic outcomes, legal outcomes or similar, and do not offer curse removal, hex breaking or comparable services. Our listing forms flag that wording automatically.

Readings, mediumship and intuitive services are offered for entertainment and personal insight, and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Referring someone to a licensed professional is always welcome.

The producer may remove a listing, a talk or an exhibitor from the exhibit hall for a serious or repeated breach of these rules, without refund.

Requirements vary a great deal depending on what you sell or do. Each exhibitor is responsible for determining and maintaining all licenses, permits, registrations, certifications, insurance and other approvals required for their own business, products, services or professional practice. Celestial Balance Wellness Expo does not take on the job of working out which requirements apply to an individual exhibitor. We may ask for documentation where the law, the venue, insurance, safety or event policy requires it.

California sellers. Exhibitors selling tangible goods in California must provide the seller information, seller's permit details or applicable certificate of exemption required of special-event sellers under California law. Service-only exhibitors and some other sellers may not need a permit — that is for you to determine.

Taxes. Exhibitors are independent businesses and are responsible for collecting, reporting and paying their own applicable taxes. We do not calculate or file taxes on your behalf.

Insurance. We strongly recommend that all exhibitors carry appropriate liability insurance. Hands-on practitioners, including massage therapists, bodyworkers, and similar service providers, must provide proof of current liability insurance covering the services they will offer at the event before they can be approved. Effective 2026. This policy explains what we handle when you use this website or take part in the expo.

What we handle — visitors & attendees. If you browse the public site without signing in, we collect only ordinary technical information — IP address, browser and device details — and security and access logs kept by our hosting and database services. If you fill in a form (contact form, quiz, Cosmic Wheel), we also keep the details you submit so we can reply or record a prize. Attendee tickets are sold through Eventbrite; when you click the ticket button you leave our site, and Eventbrite — not us — handles your ticket purchase and payment details. We do not collect or store attendee card or ticket payment information.

What we handle — exhibitors & speakers. If you create an account to exhibit or speak, we keep your sign-in email, business profile information (name, categories, description, photos and links you publish), booth and talk-slot choices, and purchase, invoice and transaction records. We use cookies or similar storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences.

Payments. Attendee tickets are handled by Eventbrite; your card number is entered with Eventbrite and is not stored by us. Booth and invoice payments made on our site are handled by PayPal — your card number is entered with the payment provider and is not stored by us — we keep only the record of what was paid.

Who else sees it. We share information only with the service providers that make the site work: website hosting, our database and sign-in service, email delivery, Eventbrite, and the payment provider. We do not sell or rent your information.

How we use it. To run the event, to process your booking or purchase, to answer you, and — if you've asked for them — to send occasional news about Celestial Balance. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. When you join the Moon-letter, take the Moon Path quiz, or spin the Cosmic Wheel, you join our Moon-letter email list for show news, ticket offers and prize details — you can unsubscribe anytime with one click. Messages sent through our contact form are used only to answer your question and are never added to a marketing email list.

Public information. Exhibitor listing content is public by design once a booth is assigned.

Your choices. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to ask a privacy question, email celestialbalanceexpo@gmail.com and we will action it within 30 days. This site is not intended for children under 13.

By attending Celestial Balance Expo, you understand that photography and video recording may take place. You give Celestial Balance Expo permission to use photos and videos in which you appear for marketing, promotional, website, and social media purposes, without compensation or further approval.

By using this site or attending Celestial Balance Wellness Expo, you agree to these terms. Content on this site belongs to Celestial Balance Wellness Expo or the exhibitors who submitted it. Exhibitors grant us permission to use their submitted photos, descriptions, links, and other content to promote the event.

Attending a public event involves ordinary risks, including illness or exposure to communicable diseases. Please do not attend if you are sick or contagious, and follow all event and venue safety requirements.

Speakers, exhibitors, schedules, activities, and other event offerings are subject to change. These changes do not constitute cancellation or rescheduling of the event.

We may refuse entry or remove anyone who behaves unsafely, disruptively, harasses others, or refuses to follow event or venue rules. Anyone removed for these reasons is not entitled to a refund.

Exhibitors are independent businesses, not employees, agents, or partners of Celestial Balance Wellness Expo. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Celestial Balance Wellness Expo, its producers, and venue partners are not responsible for products or services purchased from independent exhibitors, including the outcome of any session, reading, treatment, or product.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
